Can Sculptra give me a butt like the pictures. I do not have enough fat at all and I'm very rich so I can afford as many injections that would reach my goals . I am committed to getting as many treatments until I get the bubble butt I want and I am also would be committed to get touch ups . I already found a doctor in Beverly Hills named Simon Ourian (Epione Beverly Hills) and he does Polylactic Acid Injections (Sculptra) for butts. He is the doctor the Kardashians go to. I dont fat enough fat .

Sculptra can be used for slight improvements of contour of the buttock; however, it is not capable of creating the type of results from fat grafting or surgical implants.  The volume tends to improve slight contour irregularities, but in most patients is not a cost-effective treatment.

The anwer to your question is yes.  Kim Kardashian's Sculptra Butt Lift results are quite dramatic.  The cost will be significantly higher than a Brazilian Butt Lift (fat injections) because you will probably need more than 2 treatments to get those dramatic results.  The beauty of Sculptra is that you can see your results evolve gradually over time with no downtime.  If you are happy after 2 or 3 treamtents you can stop or keep going if you want more.  With fat, there is a significant downtime, swelling and you would have to wait at least 6 months before attempting to add to your results.  In summary, although the preferred route is fat injections, if you are not a candiate for surgery, and you are not concerned about the cost, then Sculptra maybe be the right option for you.

The Sculptra Butt Lift is very popular among the star elites who have unlimited resources and appreciate the "no downtime" for this procedure. Sculptra causes the production of collagen when it is injected where there are the cells that make collagen. The amount of collagen produced can make a nice difference in the appearance of someone's face with a reasonable number of vials. I have used Sculptra in the buttocks in patients who were so thin they had no fat to harvest and transfer to the buttocks. The process requires a large number of vials and more vials need be injected over time to keep up with the volume. I would only recommend considering  this to a patient who had no  fat to transfer.  I would have to talk to you and examine you to see if your goal could be achieved with Sculptra. Sculptra is bio-stimulatory but the amount needed would not give you the result you are seeking. You would need a large number of vials to achieve the end result, costing a lot of money. There are better options for volumizing the buttocks.Dr Karamanoukian

Sculptra is a volumizer by stimulating the production of collagen from an injection of Poly-L-lactic acid.  Collagen is very firm.  Fat is very soft like a cushion.   I would not advise you to pursue Sculptra for the purpose of buttock enhancement.  I would advise you to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss what the best options would be.  Kindly yours, Marla Klein MD
