I will try and make this short yet detailed as possible. I know I have been wanting a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for at least 5 years. I just was not sure how to go about it, so I started my research about a good year ago. Before finding my doctor I visited 2 other plastic surgeons (PS). I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Tittle rather quickly, the person who answered the phone was very friendly. I went to my consultation, before I left the place I knew this was the Dr. for me. I asked the scheduler if she could find a date that worked for me. She called me about a day or two later with a date. I was so excited! Before getting my surgery done my Dr. had me do a mammogram due to me being 37, just for precaution. When the day arrived I went to the hospital to check in, the dr came in and did his markings. I was in the operating room for about 8 hrs. Thats a long time!! When I woke up I was in my room, I didn't feel pain at the moment just a little groggy from the anesthesia. Through out the day I was in and out of sleep. The next day I was walked to prevent blood clots and I went to pee pee in the potty as well. Dr. Tittle came in to check on me and added his personal cell phone on my phone. I thought this was so kind of him. I went home later that afternoon, the pain was not too bad. I think the worst part about the whole surgery was the constipation that came from the anesthesia. I tried just about everything I could buy to help with this. I kid you not, I was in the potty for 4 hrs. crying and trying to go potty. It was horrible. Once I was able to go potty, everything went back to normal with my bowel movements. I made sure to walk a lot because I was afraid of getting blood clots and I felt the more I walked the faster I recovered. I would see my doctor every week so I felt very comfortable with my whole surgery. All I can say is that I am very happy that I found Dr. Tittle, he really did an amazing job on me.
Dr. Title is one of the 1st plastic surgeons to offer this first & only FDA-approved injectable for cellulite! It's pretty exciting to have an easy, non-surgical treatment option if cellulite is something that bothers you. So, here's what I've learned. How QWO works: it's an enzyme that melts the fibrous cellulite bands, & stimulates the production of new collagen to further improves the appearance of the skin. The Process & What to Expect: Dr. Tittle takes Before pictures, & meticulously identifies up to 24 dimples, with your input. You can expect this pre-injection phase to be the longest to make sure the most problematic spots are marked & because the following actual injection procedure is quick. What I felt During: some feelings of occasional mild burning when the enzyme is injected &/or sensations like little bee-stings due to the tiny needle inserting. It was quick, about 5 minutes, for the injection procedure part. What I experienced After: swelling in the targeted areas from the liquid injected for about 3 days, brushing of the spots for about a weeks and a half - 2 weeks. My bruising wasn't as substantial as the photos I was shown, but expected bruising. The tenderness lasted about 5 days. So just be aware when sitting, getting in and out of a car, and on and off toilet. It was all-in-all really easy, and it consists of 3 sessions about 3-4 weeks apart. Dr. Tittle really is The Best because he is a leader in his field, genuine, understanding, caring, skilled, & helps to inspire confidence! I know I feel I'm at my best with Dr. Tittle's help. (Little side note: the procedure date is marked as the same day of this review because from writing the review on the app, I had a problem with being able to set the actual procedure date.)
Simply the BEST! Dr Tittle and his staff were exceptional in every way. There’s a good reason why they’re 5-star. The entire experience with my eyelid procedure went perfect. I could not make a higher recommendation if you want exceptional care, professionalism, and excellent results. I’m so glad my family and I found Dr Tittle.
I've been seeing Dr. Tittle @ Plastic Surgery of Texas for a few years now, having had multiple various procedures. He never disappoints! Dr. Tittle honestly delivers the best results by offering only the top treatment options that supply real positive outcomes. He is honest, personable, kind, attentive, talented, & the whole staff @ PST is wonderful as well. They are a team that reflects Dr. Tittle's values. I will try to recall all the procedures I've had by Dr. Tittle: Bodytite & lipo of arms, Cellfina & Profound of outer & posterior thighs for cellulite & smoothing, Sculptra butt lift/augmentation to boost collagen synthesis & add volume to buttocks, lipo of bra bulge rolls/ back fat, facial fillers, PRP to the scalp to treat hair thinning. Also, I've received facials, Skin Pen/microneedling & laser hair removal with Mary there. Dr. Tittle & Plastic Surgery of Texas provides the best of the best including skincare products. The procedures he offers allow your body to stimulate healthy, youthful tissue building, & the results I have been more than happy with. All the recoveries & processes have been timely & easy. I plan to continue to see Dr. Tittle for a long time to come because I trust him. With all my experiences throughout the years with Dr. Tittle, honesty, you would not be disappointed.
I have been to several plastic surgeons over time but Dr. Tittle is the real deal. He is kind, compassionate, caring & listens to you. He wants nothing but for you to feel more confident in yourself. I have had many injectibles over the years & Dr. Tittle is one of the best in his field. He has never left a bruise. He is a master at the profession. Dr. Tittle has a special quality that a lot of surgeons do not have & that is a great bedside manner. Going to Dr. Tittle is one of the best decisions I have made. 100% happy customer.
I highly recommend Dr. Tittle and his staff at Plastic Surgery of Texas. Dr. Tittle is experienced, professional, informative, kind and has an impeccable bedside manner. Dr. Tittle was very thorough and patient from start to finish on my surgery journey. From the initial consultation to the last follow-up I felt that Dr. Tittle was invested in securing the most optimal experience for me. I am extremely happy with my results and should have gone to see Dr. Tittle years ago.
For years I have been scarred by the cellulite on the back of my legs, and this is not an exaggeration. It had caused me to cover up and not feel comfortable in my skin. I have explored a number of options to try to remedy it, which included Cellulaze, endermologie, creams, contraptions to massage it…you name it. As I was reading the American Academy of Dermatology website to review cellulite treatments and doing research on RealSelf, I came upon Cellfina and Dr. Tittle. From my initial research, I could tell Dr. Tittle had more experience in treating cellulite than many others, which was an important factor for me. While I was excited about the potential outcomes, I was certainly trepidatious. I have been hopeful before. At my consultation, Dr. Tittle was honest and frank. He explained things in plain English and gave me a realistic assessment, which I greatly appreciated. At this initial consultation, I also talked to him about my newly forming “bingo” arms. My arms were now taking on gravity. He talked to me about BodyTite, which would require a little lipo but would also tighten my arms over time. Fast forward to today, which is three weeks post surgery. I am over the moon with my results and wanted to provide insight as to what I have learned for anyone considering Dr. Tittle and/or these type procedures. I could not have asked for a better outcome for both my cellulite and my arms in just a short amount of time – all while knowing my results will continue to improve. Dr. Tittle is a perfectionist, which I can relate to and admire. On the day of surgery, he drew circles on my legs. He then turned off the lights and looked with another light to ensure he did not miss anything. To be triple sure, he also had another person look over my legs once again making sure not one dimple would be missed. Finally, he printed the pictures to show me exactly what he found and how he was going to execute his meticulous work. Throughout this process I have learned that the doctor you select will also determine the amount of bruising you will endure post surgery. At three weeks, I do not have any bruising left. Finally, I learned so much about Dr. Tittle throughout the process. Here are a few things I believe are noteworthy when considering important decisions like this one. His anesthesiologist has been with him for 28 years, which speaks volumes to his loyalty and business practices. Also, Dr. Tittle teaches both internationally and has doctors come from other states to learn from his insights and experience. Overall, I am grateful for my results and the hand holding throughout the process. He is one of a kind in an industry where I am mostly skeptical. I would give Dr. Tittle a glowing review and recommend him to all.
Let me start by saying I don’t usually write reviews but, I had to talk about Dr. Tittle and his staff. My entire experience with him has been amazing! I had my first implants 22 years ago and it was time to change them out! I also have 3 kids and as hard as I worked out I couldn’t get rid of the patch of stretched skin. I went to see Dr Tittle because a friend of mine referred him. He has a great bedside manner and is very kind and and thorough! He always makes sure your completely taken care of! Through every step of the process I have felt very safe and comfortable! My surgery went great. Recovery for my breasts isn’t bad at all! My tummy was a little more painful because he had to sew my muscle back together. So it takes s little time to recover but. Dr. Tittle is on top of pain management. Not to mention my results are amazing!!! OMG! LOVE!! So worth it. If you need a plastic surgeon go see Dr. Tittle! You will love him! Best decision I’ve made on a long time:)
I always buy a package of multiple syringes and he uses what is needed at the time to look better and keep it natural. It has been well worth it and the change is amazing. He IS the expert and it is an easy, fast visit every time.
I’m 4 days post op. My experience has been good. Dr Tittle has good bedside manner and he was very supportive. His new innovative approach insures optimal results. My pain was managed and outcome was spelled out for me. I would definitely recommend Dr Tittle for any cosmetic surgery. I am extremely with my results!
Thank you for your question. Body Tite is classified as non-invasive but it is like liposuction with associated bruising and swelling. The bruising can last for a few weeks but the swelling can take several months to abate. The procedure puts heat into the tissues which takes time to cause improvement of the contour of the area treated. At 3 days after the procedure you would expect to see little or no improvement and in some cases swelling that can make the treated area look bigger for a short period. But this will improve with time as the swelling goes down and the tissue begins to contract. The amount of improvement with the treatment is different with everyone depending on their age, weight loss, genetic quality of the skin, and changes from pregnancy, smoking, sun damage, and other factors. That being said, I have seen very nice results with Body Title. It provides the ability to tighten skin like no other device I have ever been able to use. I tell patients that removing fat with liposuction is like taking feathers out of a pillow case, it will not improve the pillow case and there can be extra skin. With Body Tite we can tighten the pillow case to fit the new smaller volume.
Thank you for your question. Scars that are seen with animation may be harder to soften than ones that are seen at rest. Smiling naturally causes lines that are normal in everyone but if the scars are in the smile lines then it may make them more noticeable when smiling. You do not want to over treat an area that does not have noticeable scarring at rest. All of that being said, I have found Bellafill to be the best way to soften and help contour acne scars. Usually the scar is undermined (subcision) to help the Bellafill sit in the space under the scar and not around the scar. Then the Bellafill is placed to try help smooth the area. Several treatments are usually necessary. Bellafill does require a skin test a few weeks before it is done, but the test is painless and very few patients have any problem with allergy to the collagen in the Bellafill.
Thank you for your question. I have actually had SculpSure myself and I was a little sore for a few days after, almost like after a hard work out. I also had Cool Sculpting before that to see what it was like. I had hypersensitivity after Cool Sculpting for about a month. That is one of the reasons that I chose to have SculpSure in my practice instead of Cool Sculpting. Both treatments have some discomfort with them while being treated, but SculpSure had less in my experience. I think both of them effectively remove fat but SculpSure does it with less side effects, treatment time is less, and SculpSure is more adaptable for individual patient treatments. SculpSure (and Cool Sculpting) in most case requires at least 2 treatments to get to the end point that most patients want to see, but everyone is different in their goals and their diet and exercise. It took 2 treatment for me to get the desired result on my abdomen. I hope this helps answer your questions.
Thank you for your question.First of all I would get your active acne under control as best as best as possible. It is not ideal to inject any fillers in the face with an active infection, which is what acne is. As far as injections for volume, I use Sculptra as a foundation for most patients. In your case from looking at your pictures ( but the actual treatment you need would depend on actual examination), you could consider HA fillers in the peri-oral area. In that area I frequently use Restylane Refyne. The actual treatment would depend on a consultation and examination. Lastly at 38 years of age you are a long way from needing facial surgery.
Thank you for your question. It is a good question that I am often asked. The timing between treatments with Sculptra is a range of weeks to months depending on the person being treated and how many times they have been treated before. My usual recommendation for the initial 3-4 treatments is 4-12 weeks apart depending on the age of the patient and their amount of volume loss. Sculptra causes collagen growth that can be layered with treatments over time. Adding other treatments is easily done with no problem. I often do multiple treatment modalities on patients the same day of their Sculptra treatment.
