I am considering Emsculpt for my buttocks, however am also trying-but-not-thing to conceive with my husband. I am not currently pregnant, but what are the consequences of a treatment overlapping a very early pregnancy, as in a pregnancy that is not yet detectable on at home test? If there is a known risk I will not pursue but I’d like to gain the muscle strength from the treatment
Answer: EMSculpt EMSculpt works by utilizing magnetic stimulation that causes muscular super contractions. I would avoid any high-intensity contractions in the area close to the pelvis to avoid a possible miscarriage. Consult with your doctor to know more about this procedure.

Answer: We don't know what we don't know. I don't think there is much data on what happens if you have EmSculpt during pregnancy. The manufacture says you shouldn't have treatment. That more likely because it was never tested for safety in pregnancy. It doesn't' mean that it isn't' safe but we don't know that it is. Would I be worried if I treated the Gluts with EmSculpt and then found out the patient was unknowingly pregnant? No I wouldn't.
