I had Rhinoplasty for Dorsal hump removal and Septoplasty but after surgery there was still a dorsal hump and a new bump appeared above the tip (a circular hard lump). Is it possible to remove these and have a completely straight nose that looks straight in all light and feels straight too. Currently there are 2 prominent humps it can be quite uncomfortable and looks disjointed instead of the nose looking like one complete piece. I wanted my nose to be completely straight and enhance my features
