Is it normal/fair to pay for a revision?

Wilsonletrice
So, I’m a little over 7mpo from BA gummy bear implants. My implants have not dropped at all. I went to visit the surgeon who preformed the procedure. She tells me that it’s not my capsules and sometimes the gummy bear ones takes longer to drop. They haven’t dropped any since my 3mpo visit. And if you can imagine they look really weird. So she calls me a few days later and says she willing to do the procedure over but I will have to pay for the facility and anesthesiologist. Is this fair?? I d find everything she asked me to do. I wore bands, I took vitamins, I did everything just as she asked so I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay anything because I sure didn’t pay to have my breast look like they do.
