Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photo. However, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate analysis or final surgical recommendations can be made. Nonetheless your story and concerns are in good company with almost ever other patient that undergoes labiaplasty and/or clitoral hood reduction (aka hoodectomy). Based upon your photos, your anatomy is not only within the wide range of normal but, at the same time, very typical of someone who seriously considers having these procedures. Studies have shown that most (greater than 95%) patients experience a major boost in sexual self-confidence and/or pleasure thereafter, when surgery is performed by a reputable labiaplasty specialist. I would strongly recommend you visit not just any plastic surgeon (or gynecologist) but one whom is a reputable labiaplasty specialist to confirm all the above. This surgery is probably the number one botched surgery by many inexperienced novice surgeons thinking the procedure is so easy they can just do it without much training or skill. The decision to have a labia reduction is based on one word... "bother!" Even though you are a healthy, happy, intelligent and attractive woman just as you are, you have the right to change it. Your anatomy is such, you would look elegant in either a linear or wedge reduction labiaplasty. You stated you have "bumps" on my labia majora that i also would like to know if can be corrected or smoothed out/flatten". I would recommend you speak to the surgeon who removed the cysts. Often it can be revised if needed.

I think that the little bumps on your labia Majora can be corrected without too much difficulty.
You do not say what you dislike about your labia minora- Is it too long? Is it just the lower part?
Your hood is not too long, but it is difficult to completely evaluate form your picture.

I would recommend that you visit with a Board certified plastic surgeon or urogynecologist in your
area to get an in person exam and discussion of your options.

Based on the picture that you provided, you appear to have elongated inner lips (labia minora) but it is difficulty to determine the extent of enlargement just from one photo. Labiaplasty procedure is performed in order to reduce the length and the width of labia minora, which will also make wearing tight clothes more comfortable.
I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon specializing in Labiaplasty to further discuss your options, specific techniques, concerns and expectations.

Making the decision to have a labiaplasty is a very personal one and should not be made just because someone else thinks that you should have it done. What are your reasons for a labiaplasty? Does it inhibit you from wearing certain clothes or underwear because of pulling or discomfort? Do they rub together and cause discomfort with walking or exercising? Does the appearance inhibit you or make you feel embarrassed when intimate? Or are you just unhappy with the appearance of the labia minor? I suggest you consult an experienced cosmetic gynecologist or urogynecolgist and have an examination and discuss your concerns. By the way... You are normal.

hello, if you don't like the image, you can correct it. You have to make this decision. We, doctors, cannot express an opinion on aesthetic procedures that you must have surgery. I don't know if you are talking about the labia minora or the majora. You wrote minora in the title of your question. You said majora in the statement.

Absolutely, you would be a great candidate for labia minora (inner lips). We would be able to remove all that extra skin to the inner lips and give you a more sleek tucked-in look.
