I am 4.5 weeks po tummy tuck and slipped on tile today, I did not fall, but I feel swollen and tight. Could I have ruined my tummy tuck?

Unless you felt an actual popping sensation in your tummy, it is unlikely that the sutures that were used to tighten your abdomen have failed.  Feeling swollen and tight is common at this stage, especially after an unexpected strain on your abdominal wall. Really, only time will tell, but I suspect you will be fine. I highly suggest meeting with your surgeon
for an in-person examination. It is unlikely that your slip did any damage,

I'm sorry to hear about your mishap after tummy tuck surgery.Generally, it would take a lot of force/trauma to do any real “damage”.  The only real/meaningful peace of mind you will achieve will be after you have been examined by your plastic surgeon.Best wishes.
