4.5 weeks post op, I slipped after Tummy tuck. Could I have ruined my Tummy tuck?

Unless you felt an actual popping sensation in your tummy, it is unlikely that the sutures that were used to tighten your abdomen have failed.  Feeling swollen and tight is common at this stage, especially after an unexpected strain on your abdominal wall. Really, only time will tell, but I suspect you will be fine.  Best of luck with your continued recovery!

I highly suggest meeting with your surgeon
for an in-person examination. It is unlikely that your slip did any damage,
