Post rhinoplasty, septoplasty, spreader graft surgery; what needs to be done to fix crookedness? (Photos)

Hello.  Three and a half weeks is still considered early in the healing process after a rhinoplasty, and your photos show the typical swelling seen after a nose job.  Getting a perfectly straight nose is always a challenge and the primary goal is to make the nose better than it was.  In addition, especially when cartilage grafts are placed, even a perfectly straight nose initially has small possibility of becoming curved as time goes on if the graft starts to warp.  That's why it's so important to follow your recovery for a year.  Continue to keep your follow ups with your surgeon.  If after a year, there is a definite crookedness, your surgeon can discuss possible revision surgery.  Take care.

        You are still quite early in the recovery process and I would not recommend anything other than patience, which I know is difficult at this point.  From your history and picture, I would say there is still some swelling in the nose, and it is important to remember that the nose does not alway swell symmetrically.  Additionally, the cartilage and grafts are still healing and contracting which will take much more time to finalize.  Try to be patient and keep regular follow up with your surgeon.  If a revision is ultimately needed, it is generally best to wait at least 1 year before re-operating on a nose.  Good luck.
