I suspect that I sustained an orbital fracture after an accidental traumatic blow to the face from a hard object that caused a white out loss of vision. Following injury, swelling and bruising were immediate. At a little over 2 weeks of injury, a facial CT revealed no significant soft tissue injury or acute fracture, however I am still have considerable swelling and bruising in that area, as well as the eye itself physically looking larger over 1 month later Does this need correction?
