Lip/scar tissue reduction, reconstruction or repositioning/lift after previous liquid silicone? (Photos)

I am seeking any assistance in resolving a 20 year long problem. Previously had liquid silicone injection in lips, top migrated above. Years of steroid injections, 4 years ago underwent an attempted reduction, which left me very asymmetrical, still with noticeable swelling above border. At wits end. Dr said silicone is gone, but a lot of scar tissue. I need a permanent solution. I need to look somewhat normal again. Mentally and emotionally exhausted from this. Can anyone help?
