Lip reduction - would it be possible to achieve this upper lip?

Question

The 1st and 3rd pictures show the inital lip. The 2nd and 4th pictures show the desired result. I am only interested in the upper lip. Would it be possible to achieve the upper lip as shown in the 2nd and 4th pictures, i.e. also in terms of the lip shape? Especially in the initial picture where I am laughing (picture 1), you can see a little excess skin that goes a little beyond the actual upper lip. However, I have the feeling that it does not extend over the entire upper lip

While one can attempt to shape your lip as you desire it is impossible to predict whether you would achieve exactly that result. Process of healing and scarring is not entirely in the hands of a surgeon and there is no way to guarantee how exactly it will turn. Your desired and current look are very similar and for that reason you may reconsider your surgery. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon(s) with experience in lip reduction surgery is recommended. Good luck.

This is something we do with some frequency, usually for men.
An incision is made inside the lip where a scar will be hidden and we reduce the lip volume in any area that is desired.
It's an office procedure and you can come and go on your own.
