The 1st and 3rd pictures show the inital lip. The 2nd and 4th pictures show the desired result. I am only interested in the upper lip. Would it be possible to achieve the upper lip as shown in the 2nd and 4th pictures, i.e. also in terms of the lip shape? Especially in the initial picture where I am laughing (picture 1), you can see a little excess skin that goes a little beyond the actual upper lip. However, I have the feeling that it does not extend over the entire upper lip
