While one can attempt to shape your lip as you desire it is impossible to predict whether you would achieve exactly that result. Process of healing and scarring is not entirely in the hands of a surgeon and there is no way to guarantee how exactly it will turn. Your desired and current look are very similar and for that reason you may reconsider your surgery.
