18, 5'10 & 135lbs, why do my lips protrude so much farther out? (Photos)

i am an African-American teen. (18, 5’10, 135) Every person I’ve seen have lips that sit very well behind the tip of their noses. Mine doesn’t. Is there anything i could do to change that? I feel like surgery is my last resort scenario. If not, i’d rather just deal with it.

Your lips look fine. People appreciate full lips. Nothing to worry about. Remember, that differences from others can sometimes be better and not worse.
