Sounds like you have been getting advise from my mother-in-law!!  Haha.  All procedures have attendant risks but those you mention sound far fetched.  Best to go have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and get better informed regarding your options.  Best wishes

I have never heard of a vascular disorder occurring with liposuction of the lower extremities. Best of luck....
