Treatment options for cortisone related atrophy? Saline injections? Microneedling? (Photo)

Approximately one month ago I received a cortisone injection in my forehead. I now have a very noticeable divot. I have read that saline injections have been found to help speed the healing process. Is this a potential treatment? If not, what is recommended? Is it too soon for fillers? Thank you in advance.
