Thank you for your question and photos. Asymmetries after BBL can be due to a number of issues. Some are temporary and resolve on their own, others can be adjusted and yet some cannot be fully resolved. Temporary causes of asymmetry include asymmetric bruising or swelling which is common. These usually resolve on their own. A difference in how much fat was transferrred and where it was injected will not resolve without revision but could be fixed. Other factors such as boney hip or skin asymmetries from one side to the next cannot be resolved completely. Your photos suggest that you have some skin tightness in the central pole of the buttock. It may not be possible to make it fully round, due to the tightness. Without and examination and good preop photos, it is impossible to tell if preop anatomic issues are contributing to your current asymmetry. Most surgeons inject the same amounts on both sides unless there is a pre-existing asymmetry. It is best to give yourself some time to heal and swelling to resolve. There after discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best wishes! Hope that helps.
