I have fat necrosis after way too much fat being injected to a single area during a BBL. I'm concerned that they are too big to remove without destroying the appearance, and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with massage softening these up over time? I don't want to waste my elbow grease day after day if this doesn't actually work!
