Are my wishes attainable? Is there a limit to how much fat can be injected into my butt?

It is probably possible to get a shape similar to your requested result pictures. The big question is how much fat can be harvested from your body? You may need to gain some weight to have enough fat to create this result. The other factor is your waist--your ribcage and the amount of fat that can be removed with liposuction will determine how small your waist would be after surgery.
