Are my wishes attainable? Is there a limit to how much fat can be injected into my butt?

I am interested in getting a Brazilian Butt Lift. I just booked a consultation with Dr. Armando Soto in Orlando. I would like to know if what I want is attainable. What I want: a tiny waist and a big round BOOTY (that doesn't look fake). I was playing with the surgery app lol, just want to know the shape I want is attainable for my body type and if there is a limit to how much fat can be injected.

I think you area  great candidate for the procedure and will be very happy with a BBL. Ultimately in the state of Florida we are limited to a 4L harvest, but in someone like you that is more than enough. Thank you for your photos. It is a pleasure to answer your question. In my experience I recommend you Liposuction with Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Fat extraction is first performed by liposuction, which is a procedure done by a board certified plastic surgeon that uses a suction technique to remove fat from multiple areas of the body, in your case from the abdomen, back and flanks . Liposuction also shapes (contours) these areas giving you a nicer figure. Then transfers that fat to the buttocks (BBL), the amount of the fat transfered to your buttocks depends on the amount that could be harvested. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It is probably possible to get a shape similar to your requested result pictures. The big question is how much fat can be harvested from your body? You may need to gain some weight to have enough fat to create this result. The other factor is your waist--your ribcage and the amount of fat that can be removed with liposuction will determine how small your waist would be after surgery.

what you are requesting seems reasonable, and not out of the ordinary.  the amount that can be transferred is limited by how much fat your surgeon is able to remove at the time of liposuction, and also by how tight the tissues of the buttocks are - sometimes with transferring the fat you get to a point where the buttocks will not hold much more fat and it is literally coming back out of the incisions.  discuss your goals and concerns during your consultation, review before and after photos of their work, and ask them if they think your goals are attainable.

Hello and thank you for your question.  How much fat can be injected is limited by how much fat can be harvested.  Based on your photo, I think the result shown in the "after" simulation is overall pretty realistic for you.  By performing liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back, your waistline can be narrowed and make your buttock appear "more round." Additionally, by taking the fat harvested and injecting it into your buttocks, you will further enhance this look.  Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon and they can more accurately go over your goals and expectations.
