I need help with my scar!! (photos)

Question

I got a scar revision in June on the right side of my buttocks after a Brazilian butt lift went wrong, I got fat grafting to fix the ugly scar that I got after the BBL I thought it was gonna get better but a month later I got a dark spot under the scar which is really making me feel ashamed of wearing a bathing suit. Need recommendations of what should I do so the scar and the dark spot gets better. I posted pictures

Dear BadcharlotteYou need to give your scar time to heal. Hyperpigmentation is likely to improve on its own over the next 6 months. All you need is patience and time.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

HiThanks for the question.  I would need to know how long ago your surgery and revision was.  I would give it at least 6 months to see how the scar matures.  After that I would likely recommend a scar revision.  I am not sure about the black spot.  It looks like either some fat necrosis underneath or a small hematoma.  Good Luck
