i’m only 18 right now but my neck has been a big insecurity of mine forever. i’m average height and a little over average weight. what can i do to fix this?

I understand the need for privacy but a bit too much of your face is chopped out of these to get the best assessment, namely I'd want to see the entire jawline from the side or oblique view as that will give us more information. Based on what I CAN see, I do feel like you may need a full face...

It is not difficult to tighten up the loose skin under the neck with morpheus/quantum under local. Some necks need a revision and some just need a little extra attention.

I would talk to your surgeon to see what they think/know about the situation but otherwise, doing some botox to help relax this muscle can help !
