I don't see much change in my mid lower face. Do I need revision? (Photos)

Kacyrenee
I had what was suppose to be a mid lower face and neck lift. Soon after i noticed some what looked to be excess skin still in the center of my neck. as the months go on it seems to have gotten a little more lax. IIt’ upsetting me and making me feel very insecure especially since I was told it would be a simple procedure as I am young and healthy and don’t have much to tighten. I’m not happy with my results. my side profile looks much improved but from the front I am so defeated as that was my main concern going into this. I just need some advice. my ear also is not in the same place as pre op, I brought both issues to my dr and basically I was told there’s nothing that can be done with either issue I have. He acknowledged my ear was placed wrong .. seemed kind of to bad so sad response. I can easily Move the skin around on my neck area and he said there is no more tightening to be done, which is confusing to me as i am able to pull and push it around. i also don’t see much change in my mid lower face lift. Help !
