I don't see much change in my mid lower face. Do I need revision? (Photos)

It is not difficult to tighten up the loose skin under the neck with morpheus/quantum under local. Some necks need a revision and some just need a little extra attention.

My initial assessment reveals the presence of notably active and prominent medial platysmal bands along the midline of the neck.
Clinically, this suggests that the primary issue is the hyperactivity of the platysma muscle. Although I lack the full operative report, it appears that a midline platysmaplasty was either omitted during the initial procedure or, if attempted, the platysmal plication was structurally inadequate or has subsequently dehisced.
To address this effectively, we have two primary options:
1. Non-Surgical Intervention (Temporary): Treatment with Botulinum Toxin (Botox) injections. This minimally-invasive approach will temporarily weaken the hyperactive platysma muscle, softening the appearance of the dynamic bands.
2. Surgical Intervention (Definitive): A formal platysmaplasty (often referred to as a corset platysmaplasty). This is performed through a small, well-concealed submental incision (approximately 2 cm) to allow for the re-approximation and secure plication of the separated medial platysmal muscle edges, providing durable central neck contour and eliminating the banding.
