Loose skin after Myellevate procedure done 6 weeks ago. Do I need a neck lift? (Photos)

I had the Myellevate procedure done 6 weeks ago and still have loose skin around the neck. Do I now need a proper necklift? Are there any surgeons that will remove the Myellevate sutures and perform the necklift? Or is the recommendation to wait and this will correct itself?

Threadlifts  usually just don't do it for necks. A platysmaplasty (neck lift) is easy to undergo under local and makes a world of difference in men's necks.
