Loose skin after Myellevate procedure done 6 weeks ago. Do I need a neck lift? (Photos)

I had the Myellevate procedure done 6 weeks ago and still have loose skin around the neck. Do I now need a proper necklift? Are there any surgeons that will remove the Myellevate sutures and perform the necklift? Or is the recommendation to wait and this will correct itself?

That's the platysma muscle that is banding in your neck. You can try botox here to help soften it vs you may need a revision neck to cut the band to release it and resuture it together centrally.

It could be that your surgeon used permanent sutures, in which case yes, you will always be able to feel them forever.

From the photos, you really need a good lower face/neck lift and be sure to get it done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort if you want quality results.
