I had surgery on the 16th of June. since I've had surgery I can definitely see the difference in breast size and fullness. I'm concerned and I did talk to my surgeon, but he said it was swelling. Swelling on my right size has drastically subsided since the day of surgery. Even though it was never as swollen as the left side. My left side has dropped faster and is fuller and rounder. I'm disappointed. You can see the size difference in bras and other clothing. I don't even want to go outside.

It depends on how far you are from your last pregnancy. In the first year or 2 after pregnancy the breast gland shrinks and the breast becomes deflated and often sags. Another cause is weight loss. Significant weight loss will cause the breast to become smaller.
The ideal measurements are certainly ranges. Your nipple to sternal notch distance of 20 cm is within the normal range. Your distance from the IMF to the nipple of 5.5 cm is satisfactory since it will stretch with an implant. In essence you are a good candidate for a breast...
Thank you for your question. I am unaware of any issues related to the use of Afrin with breast augmentation surgery. If you have further questions, best to specifically address this with your surgeon directly.
