What surgeries can I get to improve my appearance? (photos)

I'm planning on doing a plastic surgery spree in 2023 and on track to saving $50,000 . What should I do , I'm already planning to get rhinoplasty, and lip lift and jaw surgery or implants. I don't like the appearance of my pear like shaped face, I want my jaw to be narrower. And maybe some cheek implants to get my cheeks in like too ? My face is too big and looks to heavy and I want to change it. Please give me advice thanks :)

You have a low bridge and glasses don't fit easily. You can get the glasses fit or you can get augmentation of the bridge with cartilage or an implant. Regards Dr. J
