What is going on with the left side of my nose (right side in pics). It seems to be caving in and taking on a scooped out look. volume loss? Valve collapse? No trauma as far as I know, and I’ve never had previous rhinoplasty. It’s been slowly getting worse for the past 2 years or so. I was diagnosed with a deviated septum 10 years ago. Breathing isn’t a huge issue, although when I first wake up I can’t breathe out of the left nostril. Can this be fixed?
