I have photoshopped the 2nd image. I would like to know how much bone shaving is possible and how much bone shaving would be unsafe.

The goal is to reduce the bridge to create an aesthetically desirable result which is in conformity with the other features of your face and the line with generally accepted aesthetic norms. The reduction that you have simulated appears to be somewhat overdone creating a bit of an over scooped profile. How much the profile is reduced is a matter of taste, but I think most surgeons would feel that your simulation is somewhat overdone.

Answer: 3 dimensional planning It could be done, but it will look very abnormal from the front and any other angle. It actually looks pretty strange from side on as it is. If you've got a big nose, many people assume that the thing that will make them happiest is a tiny nose. In my experience, that is rarely the case.
