Is this concept nose do-able with rhinoplasty? (Photos)

It could be done, but it will look very abnormal from the front and any other angle. It actually looks pretty strange from side on as it is. If you've got a big nose, many people assume that the thing that will make them happiest is a tiny nose. In my experience, that is rarely the case.

Can your nasal bridge be reduced significantly? The bridge can be reduced to an almost unlimited extent, but this is not the goal. The goal is to reduce the bridge to create an aesthetically desirable result which is in conformity with the other features of your face and the line with generally accepted aesthetic norms. The reduction that you have simulated appears to be somewhat overdone creating a bit of an over scooped profile. How much the profile is reduced is a matter of taste, but I think most surgeons would feel that your simulation is somewhat overdone.

What you are asking for is possibly do-able with rhinoplasty, but not really desirable from an aesthetic point of view in my eyes.
A side view is one thing, but most people know you from the front or three-quarter view. I think you need a proper assessment and simulation, and I'm sure you would be happier with that than you think. I personally would not do what you have shown.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump similar to what you performed in the digital imaging. After the hump removal, both medial and lateral osteotomies will need to be performed in the nasal bones to narrow the bridge line after the hump removal itself. It's very important that you have a very natural appearing nose
