Hello I had two things I was wondering about so for one I don’t like my nose side view and chin view I was hoping to have them fixed as I still don’t know what the procedure for the chin is.. in pic #1 it’s the original side profile of how I look as of now.. and pic #2 is what I wish to look like I’m wondering if it’s realistic enough ?

Hi, they are the indentation of the cartilages, namely lateral crura, supporting your ala. If they are not there your nasal ala would collapse. They are normal anatomic structures. If they are bothering you, yes a nose job should be done to give a better shape to your tip and ala.
