Thank you for your question and photo. It would be helpful to see photos of you before your operation as it appears that your left nipple is lower than your right. If this was true of your breasts before surgery, the asymmetry has been accentuated by the augmentation but I would say you have a nice result.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
Good evening!It is difficult to determine from your photo, other than the obvious asymmetry of your nipple position. Best to get measured by a PS, or send better photos with arms down by your sides, and arms raised above your head- then you can really begin to tell if it is a volume issue where you need a larger implant on one side, or if it is a bottoming out issue that needs to be repaired with the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which basically adjusts the level at which the implants sit on the chest wall. Ideally, we would need a better postoperative picture, together with a preoperative one. It is quite possible that you had a preexisting asymmetry, and the current result may just reflect that.
Thank you for your question. The left nipple areola is lower than the right which likely means that the left breast was lower pre op. If this is the case correction may require a lift of the left breast. Check your pre op photos. For more on breast asymmetry plesase read below:
