Why are my boobs so uneven when I lay down? (Photo)

The photos are helpful but only an in person examination and possibly your pre operative photos would help to know what is causing your asymmetry.  I'm unsure if the right breast is shifted up due to capsular contracture or the left breast has settled too far.  If your plastic surgeon isn't addressing your issues, consult with another.

I think that photos with your standing would be helpful. I do see the asymmetry you are talking about when you are lying down.

Please resubmit your question with a preoperative and a standing photo if possible. I would like to see if you have the same amount of asymmetry when you are standing. Some causes of your asymmetry may include prior asymmetry, different size implants, capsular contracture or different implant pockets.

Thank you for your question. I do see your asymmetry. Either the left pocket is too large or the right is too small or possibly a capsule is forming on the right. Only an exam can tell what the problem is. If your surgeon is unresoponsive to your requests seek a second opinion with a board certified plastic surgeon.

From your description and photo, you may be developing a capsular contracture or your right side.  Discuss this issue with your surgeon.  There are treatment options short of surgery including the use of Singulair that may be of help.
