Why are my boobs so uneven when I lay down? (Photo)

The photos are helpful but only an in person examination and possibly your pre operative photos would help to know what is causing your asymmetry.  I'm unsure if the right breast is shifted up due to capsular contracture or the left breast has settled too far.  If your plastic surgeon isn't addressing your issues, consult with another.

Thank you for your question. I do see your asymmetry. Either the left pocket is too large or the right is too small or possibly a capsule is forming on the right. Only an exam can tell what the problem is. If your surgeon is unresoponsive to your requests seek a second opinion with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I think that photos with your standing would be helpful. I do see the asymmetry you are talking about when you are lying down.
