What can I do to fix irregularities after Lipo? Fillers? Fat Dissolver? (photos)

There are both surgical maneuvers and noninvasive and minimally invasive procedures for this including body fx and body tite.

Hi a realselfie,Thank you for your question and your photos. I would recommend several consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons that offer liposuction and cellfina. Liposuction by itself does not make cellulite worse however if too much fat is removed, the skin become loose and can appear to create the illusion of cellulite. I'm sorry that you had such a poor outcome. I would discuss your concerns with your board-certified plastic surgeon to see if he could help.You may need a combination of Cellfina, possible fat graftingAnd maybe even some skin removal but again without a physical examination it is hard to tell exactly what you need. Some wide skin undermining might also help but again discuss this with A board-certified plastic surgeon who has experience in correcting botched liposuction jobs.  The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement.  I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. You are correct in that liposuction is NOT a treatment for cellulite although it should not necessarily make it worse either.  Cellfina is a reasonable non-invasive method to treat cellulite.  For areas of contour abnormality not associated with cellulite, another round of liposuction (take more fat away) or fat grafting (put fat back) may be indicated to improve the problem.

Liposuction won't cause cellulite. However, it can make it look worse. Sounds as if you got the wrong procedure for your core issue. I would suggest that you find a surgeon who does Cellfina. The results from this treatment are pretty astounding. 

Correcting bad liposuction or excessive liposuction is difficult and the time is not possible.
In your case this will be very difficult to correct and may not be possible.
I'm afraid the only possible approach would probably be attempting fat transfer with possible revision liposuction.
Much depends on how much fat was removed.
I would certainly not rely on responses based on a post on real self as a definitive answer.
To get any type of accurate assessment you should have in person consultations.
I'm sorry to be so pessimistic but I believe this will be quite challenging to correct.

Sorry for your problem but you undoubtedly had laxity in the area prior to treatment - now RFAL (bodyTite) combined with fat grafting should help improve your result.  So go on some complimentary consultations with experts that use this technique Dr Corbin 

Thank you for your question...Before recommending surgical revision, one might consider a non-invasive treatment such as velashape or lipo-ex therapy as in many instances it will smooth out soft tissue irregularities following liposuction. 
I would discuss these options with your plastic surgeon.
