Dysport above brow gave me a lower brow that changed my eye shape (Photo)

hi, it does appear as though the right brow is lower than the left. As mentioned below, injecting the muscle that lifts your forehead can cause dropping of the brow, however, injecting right along the brow at the muscle complex that helps depress or contract the brow can elevate the brows. See your physician for possible correction. 

I see your heavier eyebrows after Dysport. This suggest you should have your eyelids trimmed with surgery. Relaxing the only muscle that pulls the brows up is known to cause this to happen. Get a facial surgery consultation for your eyelids.Good luck. Dr. ALDO

I'm sorry to hear your brow dropped after your Dysport treatment. There is no way to reverse the effects. They should gradually improve over three to four months.

Unfortunately, you really just have to wait for the Dysport to wear off to get the shape of the eye back. If too much Dysport is used in the crows feet, the pumping mechanism of the obicularis oculi is affected and puffiness under the eye can occur. Resolution might take 4 months or longer. Please seek out another opinion from an Oculoplastic or Plastic Surgeon.

Thank you for your question.  The dysport likely paralyzed the frontalis muscle which is located on your forehead. You likely had low set brows before the injection. As a result of the injection, the forehead has relaxed giving you the appearance you currently have . I usually examine the position of the brows prior to using dysport or Botox, as individuals with low set brows may not like the result after. Once the dysport effect resolves, which is typically 3-4 months everything should be back to normal. 

It sounds like the drop of your brow and eyelids was due to the Dysport injected. This is an unfortunate side effect, often times happens with inexperienced injectors or poor assessment of your facial muscles and anatomy. You may want to consider consulting with a qualified and experienced health professional.
