I had a fat transfer a month ago and I'm ready to start exercising. I haven't lost very much volumes, but I'm worried weight lifting will diminish my result. What do you think?

Answer: Activity 1 month post fat transfer to breasts Assuming you have had a normal recovery, without any complications - hematoma, fat necrosis, excessive edema and eccymoses, then it should be fine to resume all normal activities including weight lifting. The recovery can vary with the amount of fat transferred as well. Because fat isn't like an implant (saline or silicone) where post surgical activity is usually a bit more restricted, activity can usually resume normally at 1 month. Discuss with your plastic surgeon however.

Answer: Exercise after fat transfer At one month, I would begin light resistance training. I wouldn't use any weights for any exercises that you can't do at least 20 reps with. Gradually increase your weight and decrease your reps as you feel comfortable.
