Fat transfer to breasts pre op and post op care?

I'm considering that transfer to my breasts within the next 30 days. Please share any pre op instructions, post op instructions, and any advice. What would be the best daughter sites to use? Is there anything that I could do to prepare my skin?

Make certain you understand all the ramifications of breast augmentation by way of fat grafting. This is a somewhat exceptional way to proceed. Specific management will be prescribed by your own surgeon. Make certain the surgeon has sufficient experience in the technique.

Generally any place where fat can be safely harvested can be used for fat transfer to the breasts.  Most common areas are abdomen and flanks, inner thighs and outer thighs depending on the patients fat distribution and anatomy.  The before and after instructions will be those of liposuction for the donor areas.  Every surgeon has specific instructions for the fat transfer as far as garments and massage. Since you have so many questions that would be best answered during your consultation and examination, I recommend meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon. Every surgeon has his/her specific post operative instructions, but all recommend no pressure applied to the site of transfer.
