I had a BA when I was 19, 22 now. I'm 5'7 and 160lbs. When 19, I was 135 so my 345 implants do seem smaller. My first surgeon was adamant on a natural look but I knew right after, I was someday going to do a revision as I wasn't too satisfied with the result although they look nice. I have a wide chest and don't have as much volume as I wanted. I have attached images before/after my 1st surgery, and what I want. Is what I want something that could be realistically achieved & a good ref. photo?

If you want, you could have your inferior pockets tightened to raise the implants up and you lateral pockets tightened to minimize the side movement. I would suggest meeting with your surgeon and discussing your concerns. I would not go larger with heavier implants.
Because of your large implants, they have stretched your tissue and have dropped some. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the lower pocket. If you stay the same size or go bigger, you will have the same problem perhaps sooner.
I would suggest going down in size, keeping your implants behind the muscle, and perhaps another lift to tighten some breast tissue. Measurements are needed to be sure, but just going smaller and adjusting your implant pockets may be all that is needed. Your implants are sitting too high.
