I perform over 250 XL augmentations a year, more than any other surgeon in the U.S. You can absolutely achieve that size and look and I would accomplish that with a Mentor MemoryGel XHP silicone gel implant in the 700, 755 or 790cc size.

Based solely on photographic information and comparing your appearance to the goal appearance, you'll need an implant that is nearly three times the size of what you have now, putting you firmly in a territory beyond silicone gel implant's available sizes, and above the recommended fill amount of the largest saline devices. I would get sized in a plastic surgeon's office using purpose built sizers.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

You can go larger, but larger is a more heavy implant on your neck and shoulders and tissue and may sag more over time. Please do not go too large.

You should do well with a revision breast augmentation. You will require significantly larger implants to achieve your wish pics.

Your volume of implant used was too small. I recommend replacement with 500-600 cc implants fo get close to wish pc. But you will still have space inbetween.
