I've already went back to my surgeon and told him I am not happy. I wanted a "perkier," more round, NATURAL look and they are in the same position and horrible. I also don't like the size as I already have a larger diaphragm; 300cc low profile. When going back to my surgeon he didnt give good input on what to do to fix them other than a revision. If someone could please help and tell me what I should do in order to achieve similar lift results as the last photo?Different profile? What size? TIA
Answer: Implant Drift and Soft Tissue Stretch The problem is not necessarily the implant size/profile, it's that it has slipped into the soft tissue envelope due to poor tissue support. This has led to loss of upper pole fullness and recurrent ptosis of your breast mound below the inframammary fold. You'll need a revision augmentation with mesh stabilization and a revision lift. It's very complex and should be performed by a revision breast expert.

Answer: Breasts With your anatomy, you will not have narrow cleavage. However, a lift can be done to raise your nipples and breasts. I would not go larger for you may sag again. Your surgeon tried to use a wide profile implant to narrow the space between your breasts. However, the actual base of your breasts cannot be changed. Naturally, your breasts do sit somewhat low on your chest so you cannot have high "perky" breasts. You won't be able to look like the last photo since your anatomy is not the same.

Answer: Revision Concerns Good afternoon, I would do a real lift on you (doesn't look like you had much of one), and exchange your implants for 450cc High Profile, and also perform the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which would allow me to tighten up your pockets which increases cleavage and upper pole fullness. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method In your pre-op photograph, your breasts were widely separated and augmentation alone would not be successful. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Result I'm very sorry you're not happy with your results. Unfortunately, breast shape is not something that can be changed with surgery. When receiving implants, I often tell patients that they can expect a larger, fuller version of what they already have. Anatomy can only be altered so much. If you have tuberous breasts, you will not be able to change them to a "round" shape that has the breasts meeting in the middle. Implant size and shape is determined by very precise measurements, and is responsible for dictating what can be safely achieved. Additionally, I'm not sure of which procedures you received, but it appears that a breast lift would help raise the position of the nipple. I would make another appointment with your board certified plastic surgeon and voice your concerns. I hope this helps address your question, and I sincerely wish you the best of luck with finding a reasonable surgical solution.
