Hi there, I’m just coming up to 1 year post op after having a breast lift with 350cc implants. Before the op my boobs were extremely empty and saggy. Since the op I’m unhappy with the results, nipple shape looks odd and more recently I’ve noticed they’ve started to get a bit snoopy. I’ve got a meeting with my surgeon at the end of the month and I’m going to push for revision but I want advice. Do I need just another lift or smaller implants etc, what would you advise so it doesn’t happen again
