I am experiencing webbing several months out from an upper bleph. The surgeon says it is from scarring and will resolve. I am getting a bit anxious that it will not. Does this appear to require a revision?

Most likely The main problem is not the upper eyelid, it is the weakness of the lower eyelid.
You need to be see by an Ophthalmologist Specialist in Oculoplastic surgery to treat the condition you are now.

Based on your before and after photos, your left upper eyelid hangs a bit lower than your right. Sometimes this can become more noticeable after upper blepharoplasty surgery. If it is not bothering you while you are at rest, it may be best to just leave it alone. Thank you for your question....
