I've suffered from dry eyes as a result of my eyes being unable to close at all for over a decade after blepharoplasty and ptosis surgery abroad over a decade ago. I'm not sure if too much skin was cut or muscles were cut too short for ptosis surgery. The summary of the procedure is on the 3rd pic. The 1st pic is when I'm sleeping, and the 2nd pic is a screenshot of my eyes when I blink. As you can see, it's worse when I blink during the day. Can ptosis surgery be reversed? Any advice?

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, tightening the eyelids will make them look even more hollow. What you need is more fullness and what can be done is fat transposition.
