I’m wondering if my implants were either placed wrong or if I need to give them more time to evenly drop. You’ll see my first photo is taken 7/2020 right after augmentation. I felt one was off then but was told give them time. Now you see 5/2021 much more noticeable but not sure if revision is necessary. I have an appointment with surgery but would like other opinions 240cc over muscle

Thank you for your question. It is hard to say by just looking on the photo, but it can be caused by the left implant slightly dropping, right breast to be more prone to sagging or the capsule on the left breast might be thicker, which makes the implant going up. If the cause is in the implant...
Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and are sagging. they are also not completely settled down in the pocket because of their large size. You need to go smaller.
Right now, you are still fairly early in the healing process and need to let things heal. Once you have reached 6 months, then see what the differences, if any, may be. They may be very minimal. Do remember, your breasts are sisters and not twins.
