I had breast augmentation around 8 months ago (275ml round Sebbin implants) and over the past few months I've noticed my right breast has dropped significantly in comparison to my left. I have an appointment booked with my surgeon next week but would appreciate opinions on here - does it look like the right has bottomed out? Is there any way of telling what's gone wrong and why? What options would I have to fix the problem?

Answer: There are few possible causes of your problem.
Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and are sagging. they are also not completely settled down in the pocket because of their large size. You need to go smaller.
Right now, you are still fairly early in the healing process and need to let things heal. Once you have reached 6 months, then see what the differences, if any, may be. They may be very minimal. Do remember, your breasts are sisters and not twins.
Dear SidneyA,
every surgeon has a revision policy. Many involve reduced or even no fees for the surgeon (depending on the situation) while the patient may still be responsible for facility (the use of the operating room, staff, and supplies) and anesthesia fees. Best to go back to your surgeon...
