Would I need new implants to even out the different sizes of my newly lifted breasts? (Photo)

I would hold off til at least six months. A lifted breast will change its shape and possibly size making you more symmetrical. Breasts like yours have a way of evening out over time

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Right now, you are still fairly early in the healing process and need to let things heal. Once you have reached 6 months, then see what the differences, if any, may be. They may be very minimal. Do remember, your breasts are sisters and not twins.
