I am wondering if chin reduction surgery, reducing the bone is high risk like they say jaw surgery and jaw shaving is? Is it less risky? Is nerve damage a huge concern? I am also wondering who would be more/better qualified to do a chin reduction, a maxillofacial surgeon or a facial plastic surgeon?? Thanks
