Hello, hope you are well. You have two options to reduce the width of your jaw: masseter botox and jaw contouring. Botox reduces the bulk of the muscle, whereas jaw contouring reduces the bony prominence. Botox is non-invasive but works slowly and usually requires multiple treatments for a more subtle result. The result may not be as long lasting. Jaw contouring is surgery under general anesthesia with an immediate and permanent result (once swelling has subsided). The surgery is performed through the mouth and leaves no visible incisions/scars, with a more dramatic outcome. We specialize in this surgery at The Spiegel Center, and would happy to discuss further in consultation.Best,Dr. Tower
