I am scheduled for a breast augmentation 18 days before my brother’s wedding. I will be a bridesmaid, and the wedding does require flying across the country. I will be getting 250cc under the muscle with a transaxillary incision. I don’t drink, so that is no concern with recovery. I am wondering if it is too soon to go without a bra for maybe 6 hours for my bridesmaid dress and if the flight should be any trouble.
