I am in the process of deciding between 270 cc or 295 cc the projection is 3.8 vs 4 and the width is 11.4 vs 11.5. I want to go for a natural and comfortable look. I know this profile is already pretty full so I am wondering if there is a huge difference between the 2 sizes or if it’s minimal. I’m 115lbs

Answer: 25CC difference? Thanks Modplus for your question. There is hardly any difference—roughly one to two teaspoons. The change won't be seen from the outside of the body. There would be no change in the bra size. The majority of patients are satisfied with the larger size. Your appearance will remain natural and will not be noticablly different between those two sizes that were mentioned.

Typically women wish they went bigger with their implant size after the surgery and usually once the implant is placed in the tissue under the muscle it looks a bit smaller. So if you like the way the 270cc looks when doing implant sizers, then typically we go up to the next size so that it appears the same way once inside your chest. You should try on implant sizers underneath t shirts. ask yourself if you want more side boob or less and see what other women implant forums have been talking about.
