Hello and thank you for your question. There are ways to help with what you describe but the illustration shows extreme alar retraction which would not be a good look. Something less extreme would likely be better. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

When somebody has a condition, like image C in your diagram, this may be repaired by lengthening somebody's nose, or with an extended columella strut graft, ie Forward to columella and to increase profile nostril show to around 3 to 4 mm.. The thick nostril tissue is not something that can be lifted, in our experience. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
