Lipo 360 in May 2023. Wore faja & foams religiously &had massages. I wanted my bra fat, waist fat, and flank fat gone the most. Up until Sept 2023, my back looked great with and without clothes but around then I started feeling what felt like bulges in the area again. I waited until swelling is supposed to fully go down & my back looks like close to what it did before lipo. The bulges look worse with a bra on. Also, I'm prone to keloids and don't want to risk it with a back lift

To best address skin laxity you would need to consider a bra line lift, but this would result in a scar across the back. Answer: Back You appear to have residual loose skin and Renuvion in that area could be very helpful an examination is needed to see if additional liposuction would be helpful or if it is just excess skin.

Answer: It's mostly skin Very common complaint. Another round of lipo might make the smallest of differences, with you going through the same rollercoaster of happiness then disappointment. There are no skin tightening devices that will help. The cold hard truth is you need a posterior upper body lift, that will leave a transverse scar across your back at the bra line.
