Should I get a 2nd round of liposuction or look towards other procedures to enhance body shape? (Photos)

Question

I had liposuction back in February and I believe it made a big difference but I was hoping it be more body contouring than it turned out. I’m wondering if I go back and get more liposuction or do I look at other procedures such as a tummy tuck or other skin tightening

You would definitely benefit from a more thorough liposculpting/Bodytite procedure.  There seems to be a lot of fat that needs to go.  Be  sure to get it done under local rather than general so the doc can stand you up and fine tune it nicely.

If there is still residual subcutaneous fat you can consider another round of liposuction with J Plasma which can tighten skin up to 20%.  A tummy tuck would remove excess subcutaneous fat as well as skin laxity.  The result is a tighter, flatter abdomen. It is important to be evaluated by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon for the best recommendation.

Thank you for the question and posting pictures.  I would definitely recommend liposuction for contouring of your abdomen and around your waistline.   I would also suggest contouring of your pec muscles.   You also appear to be a great candidate for a Tummy Tuck.  Liposuction can give you a nice contour and even a 6-pack if you desire, but it will also make your skin even more loose, so a Tummy tuck would be a good option with the liposuction.

Secondary Liposuction usually offers only a small improvement over the primary procedure.
Typically about 20% of what you got from the first procedure.
Some of this depends on how aggressive the first liposuction procedure was.
It looks to me like you have modest skin laxity.
It would be important to know if you’ve had any weight fluctuations.
Skin surgery has its drawbacks and those are justified for some people, but others may not feel the extensive scar or potentially unnatural looking belly button justifies the outcome.
Maybe just continued exercise and weight loss for a while.
Other than direct skin excision, I don’t think there are any skin tightening procedures that actually deliver.
