My nose is uneven 8 months post-op rhinoplasty - What can I do? (photos)

Question

I had open rhinoplasty 9 months ago. Had a boxy, bulbous nose. The left side of my nose (on the "right" side of these images) looks okay. The right side (On your LEFT) is obviously very big, bulgy and now my nose looks extremely asymmetrical. It looks botched. I am so upset with this result, and I have no idea why it now looks this way. What can I do to correct the right side?

That is either scar tissue or extra cartilage.  I would first try kenolog injections, and if that does not work, after one year after surgery, perform a revision rhinoplasty, to trim the right sided cartilage a little more.

It would be helpful to see other views. It spirals your bones were either not broken at all or not adequately broken. You should go on a few consults.

Based on your two photos, you may have indentations along your nasal sidewalls, right deeper than left. If this is causing asymmetries, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving improved nasal symmetry, depending on your examination. Thank you. Dr Joseph

thanks for your query. though the pics are not very clear still it seems your septum that is the midline cartilage is deviated causing your tip to be turned or uneven as u feel. the only treatment for the same is revision rhinoplasty to correct your problem .

From your photos, I note that the middle 1/3 of the nose appears angled to the right. 
Secondary rhinoplasty revision is often required to achieve the optimal result (15%). It appears that you may benefit from a revisional procedure.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for evaluation, examination, and discussion.
