Do I have alar rim graft deformity? And what is this bump on side of nose? (photos)

Hello, I am 8 months post op and think my nostrils are flared (alar rim graft deformity?) also I still have bump on the right side of my nasal bridge that feels hard. Thank you!

Hi, perhaps when the bones were adjusted, one bone was brought in more then the other. I would try to put a little filler on the side that is dented in. But if you like the results overall, I would not mess with it too much, because more surgery can make it worse.
