Medical rhinoplasty. Is this cartilage malformed or damaged? (Photo)

My nose was pretty bad already but an injury a few years ago made it worse. Septum severely deviated. But I never really had a nose tip as was rounded with prominent nostrils. Is the cartilage malformed or damaged or something?
